postheadericon Computer Running Slow? How to Speed Up My Slow Computer

Is your computer running slow and you want to restore it back to its original out of box state? Well if you want to speed up your slow PC, here are some things you can do to fix it:

Speed Up Your Slow Computer By Reformatting Your Computer One way to effectively restore your CPU back to its original state is to reformat your entire PC. This method will erase all the faulty programs and viruses from your CPU’s hard drive and give you a brand new start.

However, this technique is rather long and tedious. Also if you do not know how to reformat your system yourself, you may need to pay a computer technician to do it for you. It is recommended that before you reformat your CPU that you back up all your files so that you do not lose anything important.

Speed Up Your Slow Computer By Doing A System Restore A better way to speed up your CPU is to do a system restore. A system restore is a function within your windows operating system that allows you to bring your CPU back into a point in time in the past. This means that you can use your PC the way it was before all errors and slowness.

Here is how you can do a system restore:

- Click on the Start button on your taskbar – Click on All Programs within the Start menu – Open Accessories and click on System Tools – Within System tools, locate System Restore and open file

Restoring your CPU to a previous point will leave your files untouched, so you do not have to worry about losing any of your work. System Restore offers many different restore points that you can choose. Choose a restore point before your CPU had slowed down.

However, restoring your PC to a previous point in time to fix the speed of your CPU is only a temporary solution. To permanently speed up your PC and restore it back to its original out of box condition, you will need to fix and repair your windows registry.

Restore Computer’s Performance By Repairing Windows Registry With Registry Cleaners The windows registry is an important component of your CPU and if damaged, it will considerably slow down your PC’s performance. Unless you are a computer expert and can fix the intricate windows registry yourself, it is highly recommended to use registry cleaners.
