Kingly Computer Repair Center – West Los Angeles
My year-old Dell laptop came up with a blue screen – I needed it fixed quickly, as I rely on it heavily each day. Â After checking a few stores where they said they needed to keep the machine overnight just for the initial evaluation, I decided to do a search on Dell repair on Yelp and the great reviews for Kingly Computer Repair caught my eye. Â Now that I’ve met Max and used his services, I can see why – Max is the best! Â I brought my machine in and he promptly gave me a receipt that itemized the parts of my machine, so that I could verify those were the ones returned to me. Â He then said it would take about an hour to analyze the problem and that he’d call in an hour. Â When he called, he told me the problem (crashed hard drive) and then suggested that I go to the Best Buy and proceeded to give me the SKUs and the Model numbers (along with the prices) for replacement drives. Â He suggested that I call him when I got to the store, which I did, and he walked me through the proper choices. Â I then dropped off the drive at his place, and he said he’d call me when it was ready. Â About 2 hours later, he called and said it was done and that I could pick it up later that evening. Â When I got there he suggested that I check out through and he helped me with giving some suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again and how to improve performance on the PC. All in all, I got professional service, prompt work and a reasonable price, all done in a very professional manner. Â I cannot recommend him more highly!
