postheadericon My internet on one computer is suddenly slow!

ISP: Comcast

Modem: Motorola SURFBoard Make: SB4100 Cable Modem

Router: DLink DIR-628

Connection: Wired

O/S :Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-1909)

Have you tried to do a system restore to before the problem occurred? Yes, I have used a system restore, and it did not help the problem.

For wired connection issues, have you booted in Safe Mode with Networking to see if that changes the symptoms? I am trying that as soon as I complete this post. Have you connected directly to the broadband modem to see if this is a router or modem/ISP issue? Yes, and to no avail. If there are other computers on the same network, are they experiencing the same issue, or do they function normally? They all function normally.
