postheadericon Clean Sweep Computer

Have you ever found your computer having hundreds of icons without even knowing where it came from and what is it for? Well, computer owners tend to install programs that they need once and forget all about it once the project is done. As a result dozens of icons are covering your wallpaper and your hard disk not having enough space to save a movie. If this situation is familiar to you then it’s time to clean sweep your computer, a clean-up that will give you back the good look of your wallpaper, the space you need for other necessary programs, and make your computer run faster.

To clean sweep your computer, you must first understand how to uninstall a program. Uninstalling a program can be done in two different ways. The first way is to right click an icon of the program you want to remove, and then look for an option to uninstall them. You might get a prompt asking you whether you would like to uninstall even if some programs might not work properly, choose yes, this is one way of the manufacturer to prevent you from uninstalling their program. If the program does not have an option that will allow you to uninstall it then it’s time to proceed to option number two. Simply hit the start menu, and then select Control Panel. You will be taken to a new window, look for an icon saying Add/Remove Programs then click it. You will be taken to another window which will show you a list of all the programs installed in your computer. Simply click the program and click the Remove or Uninstall button located at the right side of the program’s name. If you don’t know the function of a specific program your search engine will always provide you with the answers you need.
