Here’s the Manual method if you prefer:
Go to
Start – Run – (type) “cleanmgr” without the quotes.
Let it scan your system for files to remove.
Check these three boxes and then press ok to remove:
Temporary Files,
Temporary Internet Files,
Recycle Bin.

Then GoTo:
Start – Find/search – Files or folders – in the named box, type: *.tmp
When the list is generated, choose
Edit – select all – File – delete.

Just to clarify things. Centrino is Intel’s Branding for things that are considered energy saving. For example, my thinkpad t400 has Centrino 2 Vpro “technology” But i use an Intel Core2duo P8400. Centrino “certifies” that it is energy saving.

Second, your computer must be running windows. And windows, overtime when a person installs and uninstalls programs the registry gets messed up causing your computer to run slow. No amount of deleting/defraging will make your computer run like new again. But there is an answer.
