Every 2 minutes my programs on my PC goes to (Not Responding) for 5 mintues. Over the course of trying to write this it wen to Not Responding over 40 times. I’ve been trying to write this since 2:35 am. I have have 2.00 GB Memory. OS(C:) 178 GB free of 283 GB, Recovery (D:) 7.53 GB free of 14.6 GB. I have tried Ca, Microsoft Essentials, CCleaner, and Disk cleaner to make more space in the computer. These are the programs I have downloaded…
