Well, your defrag looks good, actually to good considering you haven’t done it before. You sure you defragmented the partition where your system-files/windows-installation are?

Also, i would like to know how much physical RAM your machine have. Because I can see that your pagefile aint that big (531mb). This number is ok, if you only have 256-512mb RAM!
So in your next post, include info on how much RAM you have. (Ccleaner will have that info at the top of the program, see below)

Tweaks to increase torrent download speed:

1.Hack the max TCP connections on Windows XP

If you are currently using on Windows XP sp2, your Windows TCP connections are limited to a maximum of 10. I highly recommend your modify Windows TCP/IP.sys with LvlLords Event ID 4226 Patcher to get better performance bittorrent download speed. If not modifying Windows TCP/IP.sys, It will seriously hurts your bitcomet download speed because it wont let you connect to a high amount of ip numbers.

When we type a web address in our browser [like www.google.com] and hit go, the request goes to our local ISP servers who translate that domain name into a hard-to-remember IP address [like 66.102.7.104]

While this address resolution mechanism is transparent to the average internet user, it can sometimes be the main reason for slow internet access if the DNS servers of your ISP are acting choppy or not working at all.

To overcome these problems, you can consider changing your DNS server name to a more reliable but free service called OpenDNS. There’s no software to install, just a small tweak in your internet connection settings.
